GET TO KNOW AFFINITY HOSPICE

Underwhelmed by an experience with hospice care for his own family member, a man in East Texas shared his thoughts with a business associate over lunch in 2010. As the men discussed their vision of what end-of-life care could and should be, the concept that would grow into Affinity Hospice was born. We are native Texans caring for our family, friends, and neighbors in East and Southeast Texas.

Affinity Hospice came from humble beginnings, starting with one small office in Angelina County and a staff of less than 10. Through hard work and providing the same loving care we would extend to our own families, we’ve grown to serve citizens in 19 counties. With an ever-growing staff of dedicated professionals and an expanding fleet of vehicles, Affinity Hospice is well-equipped to efficiently care for the unique and changing needs of many patients and families each day.

Our corporate culture is rooted in faith and we believe that when we serve others in Christian love we will prosper.

Business partners Quincy Martindale and Jackie Authement accept the Small Business of the Year Award from Texas Governor Greg Abbott on behalf of Affinity Hospice.
